Erin Hawkins, CCHT

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Erin Hawkins and I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My background as a healing professional began in 2008, where I obtained a BA in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo and my MS in Social Work from Boston University. I furthered my healing journey attending the Sacramento School of Hypnotherapy obtaining my Clinical Hypnotherapy Certification.

My experience as a therapist has taught me the connection to our subconscious mind is a powerful force. I utilize hypnotherapy as a tool to explore the subconscious mind, identify limiting beliefs, and facilitate transformative experiences.

Behind the Practice

I’m a USAF veteran who loves staying active, spending time with friends, and going on adventures with my two dogs.  Being outdoors, cute animals and living in the moment bring me such peace, happiness and joy; and helping people find their joy is my passion and mission in life.
