Renee Podris, CCHT

My name is Renee Podris, and I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a graduate of the California School of Hypnotherapy. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

I am passionate about providing my clients with the best possible experience and support. Helping others has always been my calling—working in a variety Advisory and supportive roles including a Youth Program Teacher, Manager and Career Coach.

From a personal perspective...

Hypnotherapy has been life-changing for me; I’ve used it to quit smoking, pass exams, and navigate challenging times. I understand the importance of removing obstacles and providing relief through hypnotherapy, and after years of contemplation, I decided to become a hypnotherapist myself, and I absolutely love it!
